Columbia Park
Five pavilions, gazebo, chapel, picnic facilities, an 18 hole disc golf course, restrooms and a large outdoor amphitheater are available at Columbia Park. The gazebo sits just east of pavilion one and the amphitheater lies immediately northeast of pavilion three as depicted on the map below. Call city hall for reservations of pavilions.
A pavilion may be reserved free of charge, on a first-come-first-served basis by calling City Hall. You can find Columbia Park at the intersection of Strauss and Main St. with the address of 1315 East Main.
The Elvin's Park
Named for a local founding family and located by the east bank of the river at 411 E. Elvins Blvd. Park Hills, MO. this cozy little park is perfect for small family picnics or reunions. There are two shelters, several picnic tables and new playground equipment. There is no fee to use this park. Call city hall to reserve the pavilions. A new restroom is being built and plans are to have it open in the spring of 2018.

City Facts
The city was formed through an unique four-way merger, allowed by the Missouri legislature in January 1994. The residents of Flat River, Elvins, Esther and the village of Rivermines voted for consolidation into the new city of Park Hills to strengthen economic development.
United States Marine and WWII Medal of Honor recipient Darrell S. Cole was born July 20, 1920 in Flat River (now part of Park Hills), Missouri. He attended high school in Esther, Missouri (now part of Park Hills) graduating in 1938. The second USS Cole (DDG-67), an Arleigh Burke-class Aegis-equipped guided missile destroyer was named for Sergeant Cole.
