Park Hills Sports Complex
This widely used complex is active from March through November. More than one thousand games of softball and baseball are played at this facility annually. The Sports Complex serves as the home field for Central High School Rebel baseball and girls fast-pitch softball teams. These fields also host T-ball, you may download a T-ball or Youth registration form here. The complex has one (1) baseball field, two (2) regulation size softball fields, and two (2) child size softball fields. In addition to ball fields, there is an indoor horseshoe arena , a full size basketball court, tennis court, and two (2) handball courts. You can find the complex at 11 S. Spruce St. Park Hills, MO or Sports Complex Rd. and Congress north of Highway 32 across from the St. Joe State Park and Historic Site. The department recently installed new lights for the ball fields and expanded the field sizes. The concession building is open for most games and for the annual Fourth of July fireworks display.
All softball teams must register with the National Softball Association before playing any games.The following leagues are offered: Jr. Girls (12-under slow pitch), Fast pitch: 2 divisions: (age ;15-under and age 18-under), Adult: Mens' league, Co-ed and Church league.

Columbia Park pool offers 15 pool passes for $12
The Park Hills pool season opens Memorial Day weekend and closes when school begins in late August. The large 50' x 150' pool features 2, one-meter diving boards and a 10' tube slide. Hours are noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays. Admission is $1.00 per person. Private parties may be scheduled from 5:30-7:30 and 7:45-9:45 p.m. for a fee of $60.00 (large parties over 100 people will need an additional lifeguard, add $15). Concessions are available during public swimming hours. Discount passes are available at City Hall. To reserve a private party, call City Hall 431-3577.
Five shelters, gazebo, chapel, picnic facilities, and a large outdoor amphitheater are available at Columbia Park. For all reservations for pavilion two or pavilion three, those who want use of the restrooms will need to pay a $25 refundable cleaning/key deposit. In the event that both pavilion 2 and pavilion 3 are reserved for the same date, the parks Director will designate one side of the restrooms with the number 1 and the other with the number 5, and each reserving party will be responsible for their respective side of the restrooms.
Pavilions one, four and five may be reserved, free of charge, on a first-come-first-served basis by calling City Hall. Pavillion three was constructed with help from Unitech students. You can find Columbia Park at the intersection of Strauss and Main St.
Lewis Street Lions Park
Haney Park has a pedestrian bridge over the Flat River connecting Coffman Street and the downtown to a one-mile long walking and bicycling trail through the park. The trail leads from the south end of the park, along the river to the parking area at the north end of the largest soccer field.
This park serves as the site for the City recreational soccer league. The league includes children from Kindergarten through 14 years of age. The soccer schedule will become available here and at City Hall at the end of summer. To enroll a child in soccer, use the form available here and at City Hall. Haney Park contains an outdoor basketball court, and four soccer fields. Restroom facilities have recently been added with the concession building. Seventh St. Park
The Elvin's Park
Named for a local founding family and located by the east bank of the river at 411 E. Elvins Blvd. Park Hills, MO. this cozy little park is perfect for small family picnics or reunions. There are two shelters, several picnic tables and new playground equipment. There is no fee to use this park.
Park Hills Veteran's Park
This roadside park is located on Business Route 32 at 100 W. Elvins Blvd. Park Hills, MO. It's a great place to relax. It has a monument dedicated to "Veterans of all Wars". The park provides a shaded and attractive resting site near the grave of the infamous Civil War bushwacker and Confederate Army Major, Sam Hildebrand.
Eagle Scout candidate, Drew Marler of Boy Scout Troop 423 has proposed to improve Veteran's Park to honor those from our community who served in war. Anyone wishing to donate toward the improvements may contact the Parks Director at his office or Drew Marler through the 1st United Methodist Church of Park Hills where Troop 423 regularly meets.top
