Office Park Development Project
The Park Hills IDA and the Economic Development Department offer available lots for commercial interests at the new Office Park. AT&T has announced DSL availability at the Park Hills Office Park for companies interested in locating facilities there. The city and the state highway department have begun planning access to the office park from Missouri Highway 32. The Office Park lies within the local Hub Zone designated for federal vendor preference. Three and four acre sites are still available.
Retail Strip Center
The Park Hills IDA and the Economic Development Department offer available lots for retail outlets between the Park Hills Sports Complex and the Flat River Drive exit from Missouri Highway 32. These available lots are listed through local realtors for sale.

City Facts
The city was formed through an unique four-way merger, allowed by the Missouri legislature in January 1994. The residents of Flat River, Elvins, Esther and the village of Rivermines voted for consolidation into the new city of Park Hills to strengthen economic development.
United States Marine and Medal of Honor recipient Darrell Cole was born July 20, 1920 in Flat River (now part of Park Hills), Missouri. He attended high school in Esther, Missouri (now part of Park Hills) graduating in 1938. The second USS Cole (DDG-67), an Arleigh Burke-class Aegis-equipped guided missile destroyer was named for Sergeant Cole.
