Policy Regarding Plan Requirements

Background: The City of Park Hills adopted the 2000 International Building Codes in May of 2004. The City of Park Hills has the 2000 IBC in effect, applicable to all commercial and industrial property within the city limits. All residential property is subject to the provisions of the 2000 edition of the International Residential Code.

Community Development staff has plan requirements available in convenient brochures at the City Hall entry foyer. An outline of the requirements will become available on this web page soon.
